RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

Formally used as a nursing home, this property was an outdated brick building that did not fit the surrounding context. Traza Design was brought in to transform this nursing home into a multi-family residential complex. In order to gain city and public approval, the client required both conceptual and rendering services. We developed photorealistic renderings that captured the design intent was well as the proposed landscape and circulation strategy.
